Introductions...

Hello, my name is Tonda and I am heading out on an incredible journey…the one called my life.  I have left a 40K job and my great home, as well as some very wonderful people I am lucky enough to be called their friend, and I am going to Arizona in search of studying with the Hopi Indians.

I travel with my companion Mrs. Herbette Peacock who is a blue pacific parrotlet who lives in a green and white cage that has her playground on top. Her vocabulary is small like her voice, but growing daily.

  We travel together in a tan 1985 VW Vanagon I affectionately call Matilda, that has a full camper package and upstairs cargo carrier plus a bike rack on the back for my tan and brown Panama Jack one speed cruiser. 

Since my birth fifty years ago, this will be one of the wildest rides I have ever taken, not only physically, but spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.  I am hoping that my arthritic body and my youthful soul will make it through along the way.

          Who knows where my next step will be when “Traveling Thru The Tonda Zone!”
